DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS
GCG ships by the United States Postal Service and can take 7 Ð 10 business days for delivery. We ship to physical USA addresses only, no PO boxes or APO/FPO Boxes. You do have option to upgrade to UPS for an additional charge. Shipping charges are based on the contents and destination of your order. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs for international orders vary based on the contents of your order and the country to which the order is being shipped. To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not enter any credit card information until the shipping method and cost has been selected)
International orders ship via IMEX Bulk (2 Ð 5 weeks). We are not provided individual tracking numbers. Due to possible border restrictions, International delivery may sometimes take up to 5 weeks. IMEX delivers to your local mail carrier who then delivers to the address provided with your order.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
We do not estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. The delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs charges in your country before you order.
Due to International shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as "Gift" on customs forms.
RETURNS PROCESS
E-mail info@golfthecardgame.com to obtain Return Authorization (RN) Number .
GCG will accept unopened items for return within 30 days of purchase.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the package looks damaged, inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery.
If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and call our Customer Service number 1.877.447.5656. If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain the shipping carton and all packing material and notify the carrier and GCG immediately.
SHIPPING ERRORS
All claims for missing items must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
In order for our customers to receive their product in the fastest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. We are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has processed.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of purchase price so long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
